Connect to it via the console and use whatever means for resetting root password (search the net for this - there are many guides) Alternatively, you can also ssh to the engine machine (assuming you have root password there, or can reset it), and then, as root: ssh -i /etc/pki/ovirt-engine/keys/engine_id_rsa root@$host and then change the password, or add your public key, or whatever.
