[Users] bad order of vdisk

I added a 3rd lun one, and now vdb is the lun one and vdc the 2nd disk... could be very annoying. probably,=20 currently user can only control which is the first drive by marking it as b= oot drive, but other disks order is recalculated on add/remove of disks,=20 so the order can be changed (but shouldnt between vm starts)=20 we do want to allow better boot order selection sometime soon..=20
