Not sure what exactly you refer to. The applications run in the VMs.

Yes.
Can i use 1 PC for the complete oVirt environment + the consoles?
You can try it by simply booting a pc with ovirt-live and see how it works. I suggest that you give a bit more details about the setup you have in mind and what you want to do. Best, -- Didi

I strongly suggest you read the admin guide prior to deploying oVirt to get familiar with the concepts. The introduction holds all the answers already [1].
