Hi,
I was trying to make a template of RHEL7.2 VM from GUI (hosted engine) and
the status shows "Image Locked" for a very long time now. Tried restarting
ovirt-engine and didn't help. Can someone let me know how do i cancel that
operation.

how long the template has been locked?
Could you please attach the logs (engine, vdsm) from the relevant time period?

Hi Tomas,
I have used unlock_entity.sh script to unlock the template. The setup is
out now, will send out the logs once it is up.
