Hello, on oVirt 3.2 I successfully tested disk moving for a powered off windows 7 VM (I'm going to try powered on case later). Storage As soon as the operation starts, I can see its details on task section at bottom board. But when it completes I then am unable to see in events any information, for example to track down duration. Any info on where can I find in Webadmin GUI this kind of information? Thanks, Gianluca

Hi Gianluca, AFAIK there is no such option at the moment, nor is this data logged. Feel free to open an RFE in Bugzilla describing exactly what you'd like to have. Note that a proper duration should only refer to one operation and not a flow of them, i.e., move = one operation. Stopping and restarting VMs are two others. Hi, Look at events - I see there - 2013-Feb-21, 17:00 User admin@internal finished moving disk vm2_Disk6 to domain nfs4. After moving disk has completed successfully.

Are you using 3.2 final? As there are several sections, both in top and details sections, where exactly do you click the "events" bar and see the event? I tried several ones but I don't see anything. I can try again. Was your VM running or in power off state? Gianluca
