[Users] Error when running "engine-manage-domains"
I get an error when running the engine-manage-domains" command that leads me to believe not everything was installed. [root@ovirt ~]# engine-manage-domains -action=list Error: can't run without missing JAR file: /usr/share/ovirt-engine/engine.ear/lib/spring-beans-2.5.6.SEC02.jar [root@ovirt ~]# yum -y provides /usr/share/ovirt-engine/engine.ear/lib/spring-beans-2.5.6.SEC02.jar Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, refresh-packagekit, versionlock Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile * base: mirror.5ninesolutions.com * extras: centos.mirror.ndchost.com * updates: yum.phx.singlehop.com No Matches found [root@ovirt ~]# file /usr/share/ovirt-engine/engine.ear/lib/spring-beans-2.5.6.SEC02.jar /usr/share/ovirt-engine/engine.ear/lib/spring-beans-2.5.6.SEC02.jar: cannot open `/usr/share/ovirt-engine/engine.ear/lib/spring-beans-2.5.6.SEC02.jar' (No such file or directory) Thoughts? Thoughts? Or anyone know what package provides this? I'm using ovirt-3.2beta on Fed18 and don't have that file either but I do have /usr/share/ovirt-engine/engine.ear/lib/spring-beans.jar which is a link to /usr/share/java/springframework/spring-beans.jar

That .jar file should be provided by the ovirt-engine-backend package, but it probably has a different name. Try this: yum provides "/usr/share/ovirt-engine/engine.ear/lib/spring*.jar" If you have the file but with a different version number then you will need to rename it or fix the engine-manage-domains script. None of these solutions is really good, as you changes will be lost next time you update the packages. The good solution is to fix the packaging.
