can you please try to restart nfs service manually? and see if that error resumes?

and another restart? do you see these errors again? can you please try to perform basic problem determination? this is not directly related to ovirt. the only relevant but is per what you found at /etc/sysconfig/nfs which can be empty file to restore defaults, but these defaults are ok for quite a while.
