VMs stuck at Migrating status in Dashboard- Trying to cancel migration will yield "cannot cancel migration for non-migrating vm"

Saw this problem initially on one host. Host was stuck in entering maintenance mode since it could not migrate a VM from itself. Manually shutdown that VM and also restarted the host. After restart, some VMs are stuck in a migrating status while trying to "migrate" to the rebooted host. oVirt Node 4.3.1

Can you share the engine logs and vdsm logs ? On Thu, Sep 12, 2019 at 8:48 PM <paul.christian.suba@cevalogistics.com> wrote:

Hi, The issue started prior to the host being rebooted intentionally. But I did mark It as rebooted after I restarted the host. I have observed that the VMs status in the Dashboard GUI was not reflecting the actual status of the VMs when viewed from the Host CLI. It seems restarting the ovirt-engine service in HE solved the problem. When I place any host in maintenance mode, I no longer see the error below and VMs are migrating now without problems.
