it’s nvidia’s doc, you would have to talk to them if you have more questions. All I
understand from that doc (it’s just little more below on the same page) is that they
explicitly say that K1 and K2 do not support vGPU. This might be a licensing limitation or
temporary or anything else, I don’t know.

That’s only for vgpu which it doesn’t support, so you do not see any mdev

nVidia GRID does NOT work for vGPU.
Let me say that again, GRID does not work for vGPU.
Ask me how I know (insert sarcasm emoji)
I have a long email thread of trying to get it configured with the help of a few RH
folks.
It does NOT do vGPU.
You need a card like a Tesla P4.
