[Users] windows guest user agent

I have been googeling trying to find info on how to install the guest agent=
 for windows, can anyone give me some insight?

I did find some instructions on how to build it from inside the VM, but the=
 instructions a several months old and before I try them I would like to ma=
ke sure they are still the best method.
