We recommend the Self-Hosted Engine installer, which is actually run through Cockpit. https://ovirt.org/download/#download-and-install-ovirt-self-hosted-engine When you go through that, it'll ask you about your storage. In vSphere I install ESXi on the nodes, Connect the NICs to the right VLANs. Install VCSA as VM, adding the nodes and so on..
