It appears the beta3 rpm's are already uploaded but I had to add the following to the
ovirt.repo to enable the updates:

The repo has been uploaded for integration testing, and it failed so we did not announce
it.
We're going to respin it.
We'll announce 3.4.0 beta3 once it passes our tests, please be patient :-)
