Ubuntu and Debian Guest Agent Not Working Properly
Hi All, I have installed new guest agent in the Ubuntu 14.04 and Debian 7.6....it's working fine except shutdown and reboot....even i click on the reboot button but it doesn't affect any thing on the VM (i.e the logs on the dashboard says VM rebooted successfully but actually it's rebooted...remain in the same stage...) service --status-all should show the guest agent as well, however on that particular machine you made the screenshot of, it's not even showing as installed. The ACPI reboot should work though, even without the guest agent but not sure why it seems not to work for you.
