I might be wrong here, but I think that Conroe/Penryn processors are
still supported if you set cluster compatibility version to 4.2.
On a personal side I also like to state that I am disappointed about
this change as it artificially limits usage of older hardware. A warning
about potential Spectre vulnerabilities in the UI would have been
sufficient here IMHO.
