Hi there,
I've been using 3.0 for some testing recently and was very confused by
how to manage new users !? It doesnt seem to be possible to add more
"local" users at all ? Or is there a document you can point me at ?

Freeipa works fine for me

only local user is admin. use freeipa, or active directory users for
more users.
(3.1 adds support for 389ds and tivoli directory - both based on
kerberos for authentication)
