As far as I know not at the same time. You have to detach and then attach do the new datacenter.

Did you checked the glance integration? http://www.ovirt.org/Features/Glance_Integration Now on 3.6 you can also deploy and configure glance via docker from engine-setup: http://www.ovirt.org/CinderGlance_Docker_Integration
