Yes, I added the certificate generated from this link: https://engine_address/ovirt-engine/services/pki-resource?resource=ca-certificate&format=X509-PEM-CA to the browser, and one generated from GUI during connection test (i can click the link there and a certificate will be generated - but it's exactly the same certificate). I tested on Chrome and Firefox.
