Released update for 4.0.5?

I agree, vdsm changelog is in a very unmaintained state. Dan, can you address this? I would suggest to check release notes for a list of addressed issues.

I apologize for not having announced it, this new build address a single bug: Bug 1394232 <https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1394232> - Do not hard-require OvS as long as it crashes on old AMD servers
