Centos 8 stream should be the preview of centos 8, so why not using
right now it instead of waiting GA 8.2?

There are technical issues (https://bugs.centos.org/view.php?id=17326 ) and
resources issues for testing code on both CentOS Linux and CentOS Stream.
But help is welcome both on the hardware resources capacity (
https://ovirt.org/community/get-involved/donate-hardware.html) and on the
people resources capacity (join helping with development / testing)
