I'm not OSX user but virt-viewer works on OpenBSD
fine, so it can't be difficult to make it running.
You need libvirt working (just for 'remote'), spice-gtk,
gtk-vnc and couple of python modules.

Hello,
I'm going to provide access to ovirt VMs to people who are using OSX
At this moment I don't have access to any OSX environment to crosscheck, but is still
that complex/intricate?
As far as I know, no more work has been done on this front.
/K
