Does the supposed bootable disk have the "bootable" checkbook marked, if
you go and edit the disk?

There are 6 VM on the server and all were working fine before I rebooted
the server. Once server rebooted VM didn't get up. Disk is already attached
with all the VMs and boot is also checked.

Check the actual disk image storage for ownership/permissions issues.
A while back there was a bug that caused VM disk images to be changed from
vdsm:kvm ownership to root.

Hi, Few of the disk file were root owned not sure why it happened . I
changed the ownership vdsm:kvm for all files now however error still the

i am using local data storage. Please help me.

What does the event log and system logs say? Does the storage domain
give any indication why it wont activate?
Given you say using local storage, I assume you are mounting it via NFS
locally ? If so check NFS mounts etc.
Given it happened after a reboot im guessing it will be something simple
like not mounting it in the right spot or similar.
If you are after urgent help, it may be in your best interest to pay
someone to consult with/for you.
