iSCSI LUN recommended sector size

The setup wizard recommends 8KB for vmware. I've read that QCOW2 uses 64KB blocks? Does this mean I use 64KB on the isc= si LUN? Sorry if this is a stupid question. Yes, qcow2 uses 64K, but I'm unsure if that's optimal in any way to the underlying disks. I doubt it makes a noticeable difference. Y.
