s/jenkins/gerrit/ i ran packing[1] on the git repo, which reduced cpu utilization dramatically, improved performance, and hence, reduced the jetty issue. still need to cronify it. [1] http://code.google.com/p/gerrit/source/browse/contrib/git-exproll.sh
