I see there is an import menu item for import on 4.1 but not on my installation of 3.5.
Please note oVirt 3.5 is not supported anymore and is vulnerable to meltdown and spectre attacks: https://meltdownattack.com/ . Please upgrade your deployment to 4.2 as soon as practical.
You could create a new disk through the webui of ovirt-3.5 and then dd the Qemu disk over it. Be sure to use the same type, qcow(2)/raw. Regards, Joop
