It can be by ansible, python, shell... any way that helps to list them all without having to enter Domain by Domain. Thank you all!

I'm not sure what you mean by "all" snapshots? All snapshots of a vm? You can try the API in a browser, for example this list all the snapshots of one vm: https://engine.local/ovirt-engine/api/vms/4a964ea0-c9f8-48d4-8fc1-aa8eee04c7...
