All of this work was modified from materials from
fedoraproject.org/wiki. I used that as a starting point because the
ruleset is i) very adherent to the WikiMedia way of doing things, and
ii) 80% of the content is very generic and got us 90% of the way
there. ;-) Also, those rules and tips were hammered out over multiple
years of using MediaWiki as a community and collaborator documentation
location, so they are pretty solid.
