We now have 'ovirtbot' lurking in the #ovirt channel on OFTC.

The bot is running the supybot-meetbot plugin, which provides a way to
log and manipulate meetings in progress.

Below are general instructions. Another way to learn is watch Robyn
Bergeron <rbergeron> and myself <quaid> during a meeting, then start
to emulate how use <ovirtbot>.

* Information about MeetBot at http://wiki.debian.org/MeetBot.
* #startmeeting - starts a meeting
* #action - if you say it, it's assigned to you; if you start with
"$nick to do action" the task is assigned to $nick.
* #agreed - consensus points marked in the log for easy finding.
* #help
* #info
* #idea - let's ideas stand out from the meeting
* #link - a way to get a list of all useful links in to the meeting
summary
* #topic - changes the channel topic, but also groups all logged
events within a separate topic: actions, ideas, links, etc.
