Hi Dave,
I can handle the technical part, but sent this for a general
advice on whether this is acceptable or not.
I know that many projects are using similar concepts,
for example to use jira (Apache), etc.

| requirement is one of the reasons I was personally not in favour of this
| arrangement. I do not think it's appropriate for us to be promoting a
