I also notice that HTTPS no longer serves the correct certificate and my
browser has cached the HTTP to HTTPS redirect meaning I always get a
certificate warning.

It also looks like ovirt.org (without www) redirects to itself:

$ curl -s -I http://ovirt.org/ | grep 'Location'
Location: http://ovirt.org/
