https is indeed not available yet, in the announcement email that I
just sent I listed this as a known issue and we have an open ticket to
fix that. In the meantime you can use http to access the site.

Also a known issue listed in the announcement, in the meantime the
workaround is to type www.ovirt.org instead of ovirt.org
