core: Bootable attribute for LUN disk is always null (#834352)

LUN disks "Bootable" attribute was always set to null thus when
attaching a LUN disk to a VM it was not able to be an OS disk, this was
because the fetching from the DB always selected null in the boot column
when the storage type was of LUN disk
