* Updated usage of the new .pgpass location (/etc/ovirt-engine/)
* Updated some utility functions
* Updated system execution functions and usage.
* Updated a new location of engine-config utility
* Updated fetching parameters from /etc/sysconfig/ovirt-engine
instead of deprecated web-conf.js
