core: Remove GetEventSubscribersBySubscriberId

GetEventSubscribersBySubscriberIdQuery is not used anywhere in
the code, and hence should be removed.

This patch removes the following:
1. The GetEventSubscribersBySubscriberIdQuery class.
2. The GetEventSubscribersBySubscriberId constant representing
   it in VdcQueryType.
