Change in ovirt-engine[master]: db: re-order tests

db: re-order tests

1. move test files from packaging to test so that these will not be
   installed at target system.

2. move duplicate scripts test from maven to Makefile.

3. remove schema checksum test from maven, it seems that it is not used
   and parameters are out of date, manual invocation is still possible,
   however these tests were not added to Makefile.
