core: Upgrade - Error Can't start the ovirt...

Upgrade - Error Can't start the ovirt-engine-dwhd service

Adding _updated field to the following tables:

vds_interface_statistics
vm_interface_statistics
vm_statistics
vds_statistics
disk_image_dynamic
storage_domain_dynamic

This field will be updated with the current time-stamp and will be
available for history queries

Those fields will be included by the dwh views and used from the
reports.
