packaging: setup: allow interactive NFS exports cleanup

allow interactive NFS exports cleanup with engine-cleanup-2

- Refactored uninstall for allowing file grouping
- Added group for exportfs files
- Cleanup optional uninstall groups like exportfs only if requested.
