core: RemoveSnapshotSingleDisk - use parent command type

RemoveSnapshotSingleDiskCommand:
use 'getParameters().getParentCommand()' instead
of hard-coded VdcActionType.RemoveSnapshot
(for re-using the RemoveSnapshotSingleDisk internal command).
