Added support for sudo

This patch introduces configure controlled choice of the elevation mechanism
used on the system.

configure has now a new option --with-sudohelper=[usermode|sudo]

Values:
 - usermode: elevation via consolehelper and pam
 - sudo: elevation via sudo
