authentication: pki: cleanup properties

prefix all with ssl, cleanup naming, remove unused getters.

rename: servletURL->getSessionUserGetSessionUserServletURL
expose: sslTrustStoreType
rename: trustStorePath->sslTrustStorePath
rename: trustStorePassword->sslTrrustStorePassword
rename: sslIgnoreCertErrors->sslInsecure
rename: sslIgnoreHostVerification->sslNoHostVerification

sslInsecure also triggers sslNoHostVerification.
