core: UpdateStorageDomainCommand's DAOs

Replaced calls to DbFacade.getInstance().getStorageDomainStaticDao()
with getStorageDomainStaticDAO(), as per the backend's convention.

This change is done in order to facilitate writing unit tests for this
class.
