Revert "packaging: spec: support distro without jboss-as 7"

This reverts commit 4fa587aafad100cb3a79e834e0f0e554758c9d64.
It cause upgrade to fail on CentOS.
Fixes have been pushed in http://gerrit.ovirt.org/28108 
and http://gerrit.ovirt.org/28102 but not reached consensus.
So reverting the change.
