core: Plug status setting in vm device monitoring.

VM's devices monitoring did not set the isPlugged field of the device,
which cuased the device's plugged status to be unmatched with the actual
status recieved from vdsm.

This patch adds isPlugged settings when the device should be updated
to plugged or unplugged.
