webadmin: add warnings in the import vm dialog

The import VM dialog is enhanced to be able to present warnings
as well. Error is displayed with error image and red foreground
color and warning is displayed with warning image and black
foreground color. Moreover, error has a higher priority to be
displayed than a warning.
