centos7: Add oVirt-Live Engine CA cert. to Firefox

Add oVirt-Live Engine CA cert. to the trusted CA list of
the liveuser's Firefox.

Since no OS-wide trusted CA location exists for Firefox
we need to modify each user's profile independently.
