core: unregister secrets on DisconnectHostFromStoragePoolServersCommand

Invoke UnregisterLibvirtSecrets command on
DisconnectHostFromStoragePoolServersCommand in order to ensure all secrets
are unregistered when an host is moved to maintenance status.
