sdk: Add -Xdoclint:none to the Javadoc options

This patch adds "-Xdoclint:none" to the Javadoc optins, as otherwise
recent versions of the Javadoc tool fail the build because they don't
accept some of the constructs that we use in the Javadoc comments.
