setup: sercon: validate certs connecting to engine

When communicating with engine we need to specify CA
certificate we trust.
Moreover, the host name validation should be optionally
disabled (e.g. if the server name is localhost)

This patch extends the ovirt-vmconsole-list.py helper
script accordingly.
