core: Use version 2 of JBoss Modules plugin

The plugin that we use to simplify creation of JBoss modules has been
moved to a different repository:

  https://github.com/oVirt/ovirt-jboss-modules-maven-plugin

And it has been released to Maven Central:

  http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/ovirt/maven/plugins/ovirt-jboss-modules-maven-plugin/2.0.0

This patch removes the source code of the plugin from the engine
repository, and modifies all the POM files to use the plugin from Maven
Central.
