core: Remove findbugs exclussion in JBoss modules plugin

The exclusion was added because of a bug in the Maven plugin plugin that
has been fixed in version 3.3:

  Generated HelpMojo doesn't close resource stream
  https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MPLUGIN-255

This patch updates the version of the Maven plugin plugin to version
3.4, so that the exclusion is no longer needed.
