Reset repo variables values in repo_closure_check.sh

Until now, if the STATIC_REPO and EXPERIMENTAL_REPO were set
as env vars, the script would have used them as additional repos,
even if the --static-repo and --experimental-repo was not set.
This patch fixes this bug by reseting the variables.
